基礎 工事

Sewerage and water supply connections were taken to the plot already last summer
上下水管の敷設は昨年の夏に既に終わらせていました。

Transport of timber products to the site
基礎工事に使う木材も搬入されました。

The carpenters Juha Lehtola and Reijo Tapio came to work on the plot last Monday; i.a. marking of excavation lines took place last Monday, and the excavator came to the plot on Tuesday.


大工のJuha LehtolaとReijo Tapioは月曜日には到着していました。
遣り方（建物の位置を糸で出す）は月曜日に行い、火曜日には掘削機も到着いたしました。


The excavation operations will be carried out by Matti Kelloniemi Oy.

掘削は建設会社のMatti Kelloniemi Oyが引き受けてくれました。

The excavator is operated by Pekka Kelloniemi.

掘削機械のオペはPekka Kelloniemiです。

The wheel loader is operated by Kalle Kelloniemi

ホイールローダーのオペはKalle Kelloniemiです。

The first week of laying the groundwork passed swiftly; the sewerage pipes were also taken across the courtyard to the bottom of the garage, so that there will be no need to tear the courtyard open when the heated garage will be subsequently built. Furthermore, insulation was improved around the wastewater tank.

土木工事の最初の週は仕事も順調に進みました。下水管はガレージの下に敷設し中庭にある下水槽まで結合しました。最終工事でガレージも作りますが、再度掘削しなくても良いように先工事としました。また下水タンクの周囲には断熱材を入れて保護しました。
