Even we started varnishing in May, did not have time varnish the whole house before arrival of mosquitoes. It doesn’t work that one set of voluntary varnishing and the house is ready. At the first  all wooden materials treated with Tikkurila Valtti primer, after Valtti Color two times. Of course it need get dry between treatments one day, with three-shift it takes something about three months.
この５月に入ってから塗装を始めましたが、蚊の発生する時期までに、全部の塗装は終わりそうにありません。下地塗装はティックリラValttiを塗り、Valtti Colorをさらに２回塗り重ねます。それぞれに乾燥養生時間が２４時間必要になります。この計算ですと全部を塗り終えるのに３ケ月費やす計算になります。

“Sometimes, it must be ready” - it’s coming up to my mind while I sweep the brush. Sometimes I go to building area with the stance, today I’ll make it ready, at the evening I have to realize they didn’t make Roma in one day. Everything happen in time :)
この塗装作業って、刷毛を洗う度、気が遠くなりそうになります。これは作業経験のある方は解ると思います。今日こそは目標まで終わらせるぞ！　でも夕方になると“ローマは１日で成らず”と言い聞かせます。

Ikihirsi delivery with trailer battens 5cmx 5cm, 4 kilometer total amount. Purpose is make railing for terrace and balcony. Okey, we start to prime them, Juhani and Liisa made it like a waltz in summer. We made a “gutter” where to dunk battens, drying and next day brushes swepts with calf color. Big work, even I had little time to varnish some.
イキヒリシが50x50の材を４ｋｍ分、納入してくれました。この材料はテラスやバルコニーの手摺に使います。JuhaniとLiisaが作ります。作業を早く進める為にこんな塗装ラインを作成しました。ドボンと漬けて一晩養生してからCalf色をブラシで塗ります。たいへんな作業ですがこのラインは役立ちました

What is this going to me without trusty – painter, -baby sitter, -cook, -listener, -icebreaker, -advisor, -warm up the sauna, -baker - in other words my Mum. My apology for all your suffering and Thanks a lot !
